Multiple users but defaults to one email address/signature

When sending a quote/invoice is there a way that the email address/signature can be set to relate to the user raising/sending the quote as opposed to defaulting to a generic email address/signature.

for example we have multiple users but when quotes/invoices are raised the email address/signature defaults to directors email address/signature.

Hi Mike,

At the moment you are able to send invoices etc to multiple recipients and even have multiple contacts listed under individual customers and/or suppliers. However, you cannot send out different items from different users as the system uses the registered email address for the account, rather than the individual users' emails on all the documents. This is actually an interesting idea, so, perhaps you would like to add it to our ideas page on Community for future consideration.
