Is there a way of seeing a record of when invoices and statements have been sent out to a customer via email directly from Clearbooks?

Is there a way of seeing a record of when invoices and statements have been sent out to a customer via email directly from Clearbooks?
Sales > Emails > Settings might be of some help too, it contains the option to receive a summary of all emails being sent.
Ah right, well I will put your suggestion for a link to sent emails in each contact, in with our customer requests for consideration.

Yes, I believe you can see this. If you go to Sales > Emails you should have a list of emails sent out, to whom and the date sent all recorded. I hope this helps.

Hi Aran. Thanks - yes I'd seen that but it was more for if I chase up a client and they say... "I haven't had an email from you". I want to be able to say "it was sent on 1st July at 1pm" if you see what I mean. The blue icon is a bit basic and doesn't give any useful information or if a reminder has been sent etc. The 'All Emails' is a good solution but just thought it would be nice to link to that page from the customer overview (with the customer filter pre-filled). Thanks.

There is a way to see something like that. If you go to, for instance, Sales> Invoices> [select] Customer> Find You will see what has and has not been sent according to the colour of the envelope in the Status column.

There has been a navigation change since then. Now, you can see the list of sent emails in Contacts> Emails> All emails
I can't seem to find this anymore? Is it still on the site somewhere?
