Hi this is not an accounting question. I need to send a letter to all my suppliers to advise of a change of address as all the contacts and email addresses are in ClearBooks system I'm hoping there is a way.

Hi Russell - if you go to Tools/Export/Suppliers you can download your suppliers' data, including email addresses, as a CSV file and can use this in Word mailmerge or an email account to email all your suppliers.

Ask Paul has mentioned, the best way is to export the list and then use your email client to send these types of emails.
