How long do FreshBooks imports take?

We are in the process of switching from FreshBooks to ClearBooks.

Ran an invoice import this morning, but realised that the invoice numbers were not imported, I had set the next invoice number forward so not to cause duplication and the import had worked onwards from that number.

I voided the invoices, set the next invoice number back to 0 and tried again.

This time nothing seems to have happened, and I can't find any feedback as to if the import is still in the queue or has failed.

Can i find out the status of an import anywhere?

ignore me they have, but the numbering is wrong so they were not where I expected.

Didn't work, just tried again and nothing happened again. I just get the "will be processed in a few mins message" but nothing happens

Hi Andy,

I've checked with our development team and there aren't currently any pending Freshbook imports. Can you just confirm if the import has since been successful or if not, are you able to attempt the import again?
