Paypal automatic import - Nothing happening

Hi, I've setup clearbooks to automatically import paypal data as per the online guide, but nothing happens after I initiate the first import. It says it should be completed within a few hours, but its been a few days now and I still don't have anything imported.

Does the feature work at the moment?

Hi Kevin,

Further to our conversation via live chat.

I have liaised with the development team regarding the issue with your client's paypal import not working and the developers have informed me that the issue is to do with the client not having verified an email to allow this import between accounts to occur.

Therefore, please can you ask the customers to click on the verification link in the verification email sent to their inbox, if it's not there then it might be in their junk/spam folder and hopefully this will resolve the issue they are experiencing.

Thanks for looking into this. I had received the email and clicked the link though, and still get nothing through :/

Both of my clients are up and running now.

If I were you, i'd delete the PayPal a/c off ClearBooks completely (unless it's already got transactions in it) then start again. Worked for one of my clients yesterday, pulled in 150 transactions since.

Somehow clicking the confirmation email from clearbooks wasn't working, and it only started importing after Clearbooks manually confirmed the paypal import.
