Business VAN Loan

Hi Dear
We have a DIRECT DEBIT going out from our business account for business VAN loan. please would you able to guide me how do i log DD in to clearbook?

Hi Parul,
Head to Purchase>Recurring and create a new recurring template:
Fill in the required details of the template and then make sure to select the create payment on recurrence option before saving

Thank you for your reply but we have DD going out from our bank each month different dates, Example: 17/07/15, 03/08/15,01/09/15,01/10/15,02/11/15, each month different dates.

Ah in that case - just import a statement each month using our import tool (or use Yodlee to import automatically) and explain the payment from there with the appropriate details:
