Hi Dear
We have a DIRECT DEBIT going out from our business account for business VAN loan. please would you able to guide me how do i log DD in to clearbook?

Hi Parul,
Head to Purchase>Recurring and create a new recurring template:
Fill in the required details of the template and then make sure to select the create payment on recurrence option before saving
Best answerAh in that case - just import a statement each month using our import tool (or use Yodlee to import automatically) and explain the payment from there with the appropriate details:

Thank you for your reply but we have DD going out from our bank each month different dates, Example: 17/07/15, 03/08/15,01/09/15,01/10/15,02/11/15, each month different dates.
