Can you choose the order of the chart of account rather than just automatically taking the next number in the category?
Can you add categories eg. for Charities Restricted, UnRestricted instead of just Revenue and other income?
Hello Sarah,
It is possible to re-order the chart of accounts. This is done by clicking the heading you would like to sort them in relation to, this will allow you to sort both ascending and descending in regard to each field.
To add heading you need to add these while adding a new account code. While on the accounts screen click the "create account code" button. The third field in this menu will give you the option to assign or add a new "account type" by pressing the green plus icon.
