Hi Mark,
To add a new employer on Open Payroll, please create a new account by clicking on 'Add new business' located in the drop down list which displays your company name. Set up a free trial, for the newly created account, on Open Payroll.

You do not need to pay extra since when the free trial for Clear Books ends, you can continue using Open Payroll.

Hi Juan,
Does than mean you have to pay extra to set up a new employer?
I would like to set up a new employer but they do not need a clearbooks account as they have their own accounting software.
